We want you to have a great experience with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with VRent-Store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

  • Vrent-Store is a dropshipping store. This means that some of our products are shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners located in Switzerland, the EU, the USA, or Asia.

  • As a result, delivery times and return procedures may vary depending on the product and shipping origin.

  • Our policy applies to all orders placed through [www.vrent-store.com] or affiliated domains.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and components are included.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., headsets, VR accessories worn on skin, or opened software). Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@vrent-store.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The product titel

  • The reason for return (and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions — including the return address, which may be in Switzerland or the supplier’s country of origin.

⚠️ Please do not send products back to the address on your parcel.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • In case of defective or wrong products, we will cover or reimburse reasonable shipping expenses after inspection.

  • For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vrent-Store cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

  • If the item has already shipped, you may still return it after delivery following our standard return procedure.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package does not arrive within 60 days from the shipping date, please contact us.
We will investigate with our logistics partners and offer a replacement or full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

9. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Switzerland:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier handling.
