Once your order is accepted and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled unless otherwise permitted by our Return & Refund Policy.

All purchases must be for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized by us.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary without notice and exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees unless specified.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing details. By submitting your payment information, you authorize vrent gmbh (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount.

Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any import duties or local taxes charged upon delivery by their respective customs authorities.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

vrent gmbh offers worldwide shipping via third-party logistics providers and dropshipping partners.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination and are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk and title transfer to the customer.

All trademarks, logos, images, and content available through the Services are the exclusive property of VRENT gmbh or its licensors and are protected under Swiss and international intellectual property laws.

VRent GmbH is not responsible for any third-party services, including Shopify’s hosting platform.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

VRent-Store is hosted and powered by Shopify. All purchases, however, are made directly with VRENT gmbh.
Shopify is not a party to any sales transaction and bears no liability for product issues, warranties, or delivery matters.

By using our Store, you expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases or use of the Services.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with Swiss Data Protection Law (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or related to these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated on our website, and continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
